IMPORTANT - Workshops are not given on a continuous basis. Please contact the individuals giving workshops as soon as possible since you only have one (1) year from the date of ratification of your Board Order to complete the educational requirements.
If your Board Order requires you to complete a
jurisprudence course (6 hours) and an ethics course (6 hours), you may attend
one of the Board's workshops and receive credit for completion for both
courses. BON Special Topic workshops do not meet BON stipulations. Should
you take this course, you must send a copy of the Verification of Completion
form to the Board in order to receive credit for the workshop. Send the form to:
BON, ATTN: Monitoring, 333 Guadalupe, Ste. 3-460; Austin, Texas
78701-3944. Click
here to download a Verification of Completion form (
pdf) or one may be
requested from the BON Enforcement Department (512/305-6838). Please bring this
form to the workshop for BON staff to sign at the end of the day.
